We may also use web crawling tools (e.g., Apify) to analyze your website and extract relevant data (e.g., color schemes) to personalize your FeedCanvas experience.
  • User-Generated Content: FeedCanvas enables you to upload, create, and schedule social media posts, including text, images, videos, and other media. This content is stored securely within our platform.
  • AI-Generated Content: We use AI tools (e.g., Gemini, OpenAI, Flux API) to offer content suggestions and generate images. Data processed by these tools, such as prompts or generated outputs, may be temporarily shared with third-party providers but is not stored on our servers beyond what's necessary to provide the service.
  • Usage Data: We collect information about your interactions with FeedCanvas, including scheduled posts, calendar activity, media library usage, and feature engagement (e.g., "Public Creations" or "Recent Posts"), to enhance and optimize our services.

Push Notifications

FeedCanvas may send push notifications to inform you about scheduled posts, reminders, or platform updates. You can enable, manage, or disable these notifications at any time through your device settings.

Third-Party Integrations

FeedCanvas relies on third-party services to deliver its features:

  • Social Media Platforms: To facilitate multi-platform posting (e.g., Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook), we share your content with these platforms on your behalf. We use secure authentication tokens rather than storing your social media login credentials.
  • AI Providers: AI-powered features, such as content suggestions and image generation, are powered by third-party services like Gemini, OpenAI, and Flux API. Data shared with these providers is governed by their respective privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
  • Payment Processing: Subscription payments are handled securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment details on our servers; Stripe manages all payment-related data per its privacy policy.
  • Web Crawling: We use Apify to crawl your website (if provided) during onboarding to customize your brand experience. This data is used solely for FeedCanvas personalization and is not shared with other parties.

Data Processing and Location

  • Data Location: Your information is stored on secure servers located in Frankfurt, Central EU. By using FeedCanvas, you consent to the transfer of your data to other locations as needed to provide our services.
  • Data Security: We employ industry-standard security measures, such as encryption and access controls, to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

Data Retention

  • Retention Period: We retain your personal data, brand data, user-generated content, and usage data for as long as your account remains active or as necessary to provide our services. After your last activity on FeedCanvas, this data is retained for 5 years unless you request earlier deletion. Payment data retention follows Stripe's policies.
  • Data Deletion: You may request the deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at contact@lumenapps.dev. Upon account deletion, all personal data and user-generated content will be permanently erased, except where retention is required by law.

Children's Privacy

Age Restriction: FeedCanvas is not intended for individuals under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.
